The rules of golf and etiquette must be observed at all times whilst on the course.
Please ensure all your group are aware of the general Health & Safety Guidelines.

The status of the course can be found out by ringing 01287 622812 - Option 1. Please call before travelling.
If you are unable to play golf at all due to the course being closed/play being suspended (e.g. due to bad weather), please contact the club to either rearrange or obtain a refund. The Club will decide if the course is closed, if play is to be suspended and if play is to be resumed and it's decision will be final.

Players wishing to use their own ride-on buggies must show proof of insurance to the Pro Shop before play. The use of the buggy may be restricted at any time in relation to weather conditions and you should check the status by ringing the Club on 01287 622812 - Option 1.

Security

Golf bags, clothing, shoes etc. may be left in the locker rooms as appropriate. However, the Club does not accept any responsibility for loss of or damage to any items left unattended. In the interest of security, golf clubs should be returned to the boot of your car after play. Any items left in the locker room overnight, other than in a locker, will initially be removed to "˜lost property' and, if not claimed within 3 months, will be disposed of.
Users of the Car Park do so at their own risk. The Club does not accept responsibility for any damage, accidents or losses.

Mobile Phones

In the interests of others, whilst on the course or in the clubhouse, mobile phones should be set to silent or vibrate. On the course they should only be used in emergencies and in the clubhouse, please go to a quiet area (e.g. corridor, entrance lobby) to have a phone conversation so as not to disturb others.

Juniors

Juniors under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult whilst on the course.
