1. Yes I would keep the Clubs professional and his staff. The first time I got to know about this proposal was reading the statements from other nominees.

2. I would have no intention of sacking any of the clubs office staff.

3. I would have no intention of sacking the clubs catering staff.

I have never discussed any of these suggestions with anyone else in the club. The club professional and his staff and the office and catering staff are the backbone of the club.

1.Mike & and his staff do a great job and contribute an awful lot, they need to remain in place for the club forward

I have no intention of getting rid  of any staff at Saltburn golf club. At this time of unrest and uncertainty I don't feel this is appropriate.
