Entry fee is £60 per team. You must be 55 yrs or over to play in this competition. 

All players must have a current WHS handicap showing a minimum of eight (8) individual 18 hole handicap qualifying competitions or have submitted 8, verified supplementary score cards in the previous rolling 12-month period.

All players must be able to produce proof (e.g. England Golf App or up to date Handicap Certificate) of this to the Competition Administration team, if requested. All visiting players will require their CDH Number to Book in. All fields on booking sheet are mandatory. By accepting the above conditions, it is taken that you agree that your playing records may be checked via WHS.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

If you cancel your tee time in 7 days or less of the Competition, no refund will be given. If you are unable to play due to the course being closed , you will be offered a full refund. In the event of extreme weather on or during the day of the competition, that closes the course, and play is unable to continue you will be offered a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances. The Committee / Organiser of the Competition will attempt to contact the lead booker via email stating that the course is closed as early as possible, it is up to him to inform the rest of his team.
